Day-of Logistics
Making sure that we have the timelines set, seating chart correct, and everything is in the right place! We also have vendor recommendations to provide the best options that work for you!
Vendor Management
We will help manage your vendors when they arrive, during the event, and when they leave. This way we will be the middle-man between you and the vendors, so you can enjoy your wedding day without bothers.
Set-up & Take-down
We help set up all decorations, florals, tables, and more. Whatever the venue or vendors won't set up, we will! At the end of the wedding, we will take down all of your decorations and clean up (per the venues checklist).
Execute the entire wedding
We are there from start to finish. Making your vision of you magical day come to life! We make sure that all tasks given to us will be completed!

Day-of Coordinator
This package includes 6-8 hours the day of you wedding and an hour of rehearsal coordination. We help with any tasks that need to be done before, during and after the wedding.
Vendor & Timeline Management
We will be the first contact with vendors during the wedding day and help manage your timeline to make sure everything is on track.
Set-up & Take down
We will help set up and take down anything that your venue doesn't do. This can include: tables, chairs, linens, all decorations and floral. We will make sure that the venue is cleaned as per the venue standards at the end of the event.
